Residential Treatment offers personal care and community living supports in group home environments for individuals with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities.

Specialized Residential Treatment offers a spectrum of choices from lower intensity to highly intensive residential treatment, semi-independent and community living depending on the individual's needs.

Crisis Residential Treatment is a short-term residential alternative to inpatient hospitalization for adults who are experiencing a mental health crisis.

Supported Independent Living offers a rehabilitative, semi-independent residential setting for individuals with chronic, ongoing mental health problems.

Adult Day Services provides respite services to the primary caregivers who need relief from the day-to-day care giving of a dependent family member with Alzheimer’s or other dementia.

High Intensive Behavior Treatment serves individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.

Outpatient Services are available for children and adolescents.

Our Subsidized Housing program offers low cost apartment rentals to individuals who are permanently disabled due to mobility impairments, chronic mental illness.

Our Transportation Department provides rides for individuals with disabilities to get to medical appointments as well as other Hope Network locations for skills building.

Community Services are enhancement services that allow an individual to live independently -- successfully. Our staff will assist individuals in their own environment with budgeting, medication management, transportation and similar needs.

Through Care Coordination, our supports coordinators help individuals manage their lives and services in order to achieve their wants, dreams and goals along with maximizing their potential and helping facilitate greater independence.

Pastoral Services provides professional and effective leadership and advocacy in the integration of persons who have a disability and/or a disadvantage into the local faith community. Our chaplains are available to all Hope Network participants who seek spiritual guidance.
