New Hope offers specialized residential recovery treatment for persons with mental health challenges. New Hope utilizes individual’s treatment modalities in coordination with psychiatric and nursing care, case management and staff support to assist the resident’s recovery in learning to manage symptoms and behaviors associated with their mental health diagnosis.
New Hope provides training and support in developing skills in community living, problem solving, leisure and social relationships. This program also provides in-house activity based programs with emphasis on social skill development, community use and awareness, and psycho educational classes. Residents may attend vocational programs, or work in supported or independent employment.
The interdisciplinary team at New Hope works closely with clients to ensure high quality, efficient, and individualized services are being provided.
Program Goal
To provide a community residential opportunity for persons who experience chronic mental illness and behavior usually deemed unacceptable in other community settings. New Hope promotes recovery and improved quality of life through a rehabilitative residential setting.
