Residential Services are for individuals with a developmental disability and provide a home-like environment to promote a feeling of community-living and support community involvement.

Skill Building and Community Inclusion offers people with cognitive and physical disabilities the opportunity to develop and enhance their pre-vocational skills through facility-based, paid work opportunities and life skills activities.

Our Subsidized Housing program offers low-cost apartment rentals to individuals who are permanently disabled due to mobility impairments, chronic mental illness.

Through our Workforce Development program, we provide opportunities for individuals with disabilities to pursue employment.  We offer innovative solutions to allow them to successfully participate in the workplace.

Our Transportation Department provides rides for individuals with disabilities to get to medical appointments as well as other Hope Network locations for skills building.

Through Care Coordination, our Supports Coordinators help individuals manage their lives and services in order to achieve their wants, dreams and goals along with maximizing their potential and helping facilitate greater independence.

Ministries provides professional and effective leadership and advocacy in the integration of persons who have a disability and/or a disadvantage into the local faith community. Our chaplains are available to all Hope Network participants who seek spiritual guidance.
