Residential Services

Hope Network Specialized Residential Services begin with a personalized planning meeting, in which an individual and his or her natural supports work together with our professional staff to establish goals that will enhance the individual’s quality of life.

About Residential Services

Hope Network incorporates a holistic approach, focusing on physical, spiritual and emotional wellness. Staff receive ongoing training to support high quality services. Care is provided in a Culture of Gentleness that promotes connectedness, companionship and community.

Our staff are trained to meet Community Mental Health licensing and CARF accreditation standards and regulations. Licensed Adult Foster Care (AFC) homes offer a full continuum of care with support and service coordination and enhanced health care for adults with a diagnosed developmental disability. The size of our specialized homes ranges from 4 to 8 beds, all of which are located in residential communities across West Michigan and our two new facilities in the state of Georgia

Our move into Georgia was an opportunity for Hope Network to support the state's initiative to move individuals out of state facilities and into community based care homes.

The Prader-Willi Residential program offers specialized residential services to individual living with prader-willi syndrome. Hope Network also offers short-term accomodations for adults living with developmental disabilities at the GIlead Home

Community Living

Residents are encouraged to be active participants in community events and activities. Shopping, sight-seeing, volunteering or participation in skill development activities are just some of the opportunities available to residents. Homes offer convenient and rewarding on-site activities to supplement community integration.

Feel free to Ask Jenny any questions you may have about our programs or services.
