Quality Standards

Hope Network and Affiliates have a comprehensive Quality Management Program that has developed over the many years of providing mental health services. Within the past few years, the organization has expanded the quality assurance program to include components of continuous quality improvement and benchmarking.

The program promotes accountability to the consumers we serve, our funders, and regulatory agencies. The Quality Management Program (QMP) is flexible and adaptable, and can be readily modified to meet changing requirements from regulators, funders and accreditation.

Hope Network assures high-quality services by:

  1. Designing and implementing state-of-the-art organizational and quality support systems,
  2. Maintaining various ongoing quality assurance and improvement activities designed to objectively and systematically monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of services,
  3. Providing mechanisms to resolve identified problems,
  4. Submitting to programs recommendations and suggestions for improvement, and
  5. Following up with the programs to assure that the recommendations for improvement have been adequately addressed.
