Teamwork
Staff at all levels of the organization and consumers participate in the improvement process, which has led to several new, innovative approaches to service.
Improvement teams are designed with a clear purpose and specific goals.
Time frames and accountability are also included in the documented chartering process.
Additionally, we have several communication vehicles in place, which provide a formal feedback mechanism by which customers and staff can evaluate different program functions.
