Strategic and Annual Planning

Central to any planned program growth is our organization's mission, vision and values. All new program initiatives, as well as improvement activities are all reviewed, prioritized and developed through the use of quality improvement planning tools and approaches.

Information from customer surveys and other feedback tools, needs assessment, quality improvement assessment and outcomes management is collected and compiled in a cohesive fashion and is used effectively to plan and improve existing services.

Strategic and annual plans are developed and formatted along four key result areas:

     1) consumer outcomes,
     2) financial performance,
     3) external relationships, and
     4) internal supports.
