Case Record Review

Case Record Review activities assure that the case records are complete, timely, in the correct order, maintained in a confidential manner and are in compliance with other applicable regulations.

The review is documented and corrective action taken as needed. Trends are identified and an improvement plan is developed and carried out. Although the frequency of the review may differ according to the needs and type of program, minimally, each program is reviewed semiannually.
