Policy Development and Review
Hope Network and Affiliates have extensive policy development in the areas of administration, consumer services & records, financial & business practices, personnel, residential services, safety & facility, transportation and vocational services.
Policies are reorganized and revised in order to meet the variety of programs and the local environment of the programs.
Policies are organized into two basic units:
1) network-wide policies which all Affiliates must adopt and embrace,
2) policies that have been written to comply with the network policies and have procedures that meet the requirements or expectations of the locality.
Hope Network and Affiliates operate under more than 90 Network policies that including policies in the areas of Affiliate credentialing, financial guidelines, consumer services, confidentiality, report of deaths, timeliness of staff training and etc.
