On-Call Full Time, Part Time All Shifts
|
We are looking for Residential Care Staff for our Harbor Point Intensive Program in Nunica, MI. This position provides direct supervision and inter-active treatment to adult males with mental health/high behavioral problems in a secured specialized residential treatment program. Provides care teaching, intervention, support and assistance according to the program model and individual behavioral/intensive treatment plans. Provides a high level of therapeutic interaction as directed by program policies/protocols, Program Manager, Clinical/Operations Director, DPT Behavioral Therapist, and clinical team members. Located only 20 minutes from Grand Rapids!
Qualifications: High school diploma. Bachelors Degree in human services preferred. Must have good driving record, be drug free, criminal background will be checked. Paid training provided!
